By using Shopr, you accept the terms in force at the time of use. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
Shopr ("we", "us") operates a peer-to-peer personal shopping marketplace at shoprforme.com (the "Service"). The Service connects buyers who post requests with fulfillers who purchase and ship items on their behalf. We are not a party to any individual purchase — we provide the platform, quote workflow, chat, tracking, and administrative review tools for each request.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we suspect are being used for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
When a buyer posts a request, payment is not collected immediately because shipping is not known yet. When a fulfiller accepts, they have a limited window (currently 30 minutes) to discuss shipping and submit a final quote. The buyer reviews the item + shipping total, approves it, and pays a request-specific payment instruction or link. The fulfiller may order only after payment is confirmed in the Service.
Of every completed transaction, the fulfiller receives the payout shown on the approved quote and Shopr retains the remainder as the platform fee. Current rates are set by platform administrators and shown to both parties before they commit.
If something goes wrong — wrong item, no delivery, damaged goods — either party can open a dispute in the trade chat. We may review receipts, tracking, photos, payment records, and message history, then take the account, refund, payout, or order action we believe is appropriate. Our decision in a disputed trade is final for the purposes of the Service.
Platform fees are calculated from the approved quote. Buyer USDT payments are reviewed against the submitted on-chain transaction hash and held as trade-specific Protected Funds. Fulfiller payouts are recorded after delivery confirmation.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We require strong passwords, check them against known breaches, and apply rate-limiting and lockouts to defend your account. Notify us at support@shoprforme.com immediately if you suspect compromise.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, applicable law, or to protect users and the platform. On termination, open requests, payment records, and payout records will be resolved according to the rules above and applicable payment-processor requirements.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific request will be fulfilled. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and the effective date above will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
